Introduction
 These terms and conditions govern your use of this website; by using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full.   If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.
Cancellation
While, we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with aquatickart.in, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders. 
Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to): 
  • Product No Longer Available With Our Merchant Or Temporarily Out Of Stock
  • Limitations On Quantities Available For Purchase
  • Restrictions On Quantity Or Number Or Orders As Per T&C
  • Discount coupons applied on products which are already at discounted prices.
  • Problems Identified By Our Credit And Fraud Avoidance Department
  • Inaccurate Or Insufficient Address
  • Non-Serviceable Locations
    Inaccuracies Or Errors In Product Or Pricing Or Promotion Information
At times we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as we can.
Cancellations by the Customer
In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you (Refund will be in the form of Store credit only). We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
Return Policy:
We do not have a return policy as some product(s) are perishable goods and others are manufacturer responsibility.You can contact us if we have sent out wrong product other than ordered one.

Refund Policy: If your order approved for refund then your refund would be process on same way as you paid.Rest we only refund by adding store credit as same amount payed. Store Credit added during promotion is valid for 15 days only. If not spend. It will be cancelled after 15 days.
Due to some poor handling of T5 and T8 tubes FEDEX breaks the tubes in transit sometimes despite our hard packing materials. All orders for tube lights on or after 20 July 2016 will not get any refund from us if they are broken in transit and if any negotiation customer will get refund only in terms of store credit. PLEASE BUY AT YOUR RISK ONLY !

Store Credit: Store Credit added during promotion is valid for 15 days only. If not spend. It will be cancelled after 15 days. Does not apply  on any Refunds or any special discounts given to each buyer.
